OldBar: a detachable toolbar replacement for Windows

A new version of OldBar, the detachable tray bar, is now available. Whoever feels uncomfortable without the old detachable bars removed from newest Windows releases can find it in our OldBar download page.

This version adds mainly spanish translation (thanks goes to Pablo Ayllon) and fixes some minor bugs.

Here's the first release of OldBar (1.0.0), a little replacement for an old functionality of Windows that was removed since Windows 7: the additional detachable toolbars that can be docked to screen edges independently the taskbar. The small application was developed primarily for personal needs, but we think that OldBar can be useful also to other users which feel orphans of the old feature. Feedbacks and tips are welcome!
