This site is intended as a repository for some of our software projects. For now, there aren't many applications, but we hope to increase their number and quality, possibly with your support!

Snappy: Snappy 1.5.0 is now available

Snappy 1.5.0 is now available for download. In this release:
  • Added new 'Area capture': define your fixed area once, capture it when you want...
  • Added new 'Aero mode' window capture, for better results with translucent/glass windows
  • Added window padding parameter to capturing windows and part of their background (dropped shadow included)
  • Removed extra border from maximized windows
  • Missing transalations on some menus were fixed
  • Portable installation is now self-contained (no more references to appdata path, even for temporary data)

OldBar: OldBar 1.1.0 available

Version 1.1.0 of OldBar is now available. Among the new features:
  • Multimonitor support
  • Each button is now fully customizable
  • Separators
  • Transparency/glass effect (if supported by the OS)

OldBar: First version of OldBar available

Here's the first release of OldBar (1.0.0), a little replacement for an old functionality of Windows that was removed since Windows 7: the additional detachable toolbars that can be docked to screen edges independently the taskbar. The small application was developed primarily for personal needs, but we think that OldBar can be useful also to other users which feel orphans of the old feature. Feedbacks and tips are welcome!

Hamster: Version 0.8.3 is now available

A new release of Hamster Audio Player is available for download. Version 0.8.3 is mainly a bug fixing release, that corrects various error with file associations and gui on Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Snappy: New version of Snappy (1.3.0) available

Snappy 1.3.0 is now available. Some other bugs were fixed, and new features were added:
  • Added some new effects
  • Customized brushes can now be saved for later use
  • Added sound playback on capture
  • Added color lenses
  • Added effect chains
  • Added resize function
  • Added hotkeys for some common operations (undo/redo, save, zoom)
  • It's now possible to associate a custom command to every user driven capture
  • Sometimes snapshot preview will be showed up as a black screen: hopefully fixed

FlatCdRipper: First standalone version of FlatCdRipper is now available

FlatCdRipper is now made available as a standalone product (previously it was included only in Hamster Audio Player package). FlatCdRipper is an audio cd ripping utility, which aims to be simple, fast and lightweight. We hope we've achieved at least one of our premises.

FlatCdRipper is now made available as a standalone product (previously it was included only in Hamster Audio Player package). FlatCdRipper is an audio cd ripping utility, which aims to be simple, fast and lightweight. We hope we've achieved at least one of our premises.

FlatCdRipper is a cd ripping utility that can extract data from audio CD and export into WAV, MP3 or OGG files. FlatCdRipper can also retrieve CD and track's info from CDDB databases over internet (FreeDB is our default...). Originally included in Hamster Audio Player package is now made available also as a standalone application, as requested by some users. Developed with simplicity in mind, I hope it could be useful to someone other than me. Requires Lame MP3 Encoder. In this release:

  • Hopefully fixed some annoying bugs
  • Added tracklist print feature
  • More playback functionalities added

Note: This version uses IOTCL for reading data from CD (CdRip.dll is no more used, due to its gpl licensing model). Rip phase is a lot faster than before: as a drawback, I was forced to implement a new mechanism for jitter correction; the bad is that I was unable to test it, cause all the cd drives I've tested doesn't seems to suffer problems in accurate seeking of sectors...so please report us any sign of improper rip (small "clicks" or "loops" in ripped audio), or, if you know for sure that your drive is usually subject to jitter phenomenon let us know if correction works properly.
